Is commercial carpet more difficult to clean than residential carpet?
It is not more difficult, but each commercial carpet often needs to cleaned differently than residential carpet. Commercial carpet often has no padding or a less dense padding than a residential padding.
This often can be a problem for a technician as too much moisture or using the wrong cleaning product can cause “wicking”. “Wicking” is the result of soil trapped in carpet padding or subflooring that moves to the tips of carpet fibers as it dries after cleaning. A carpet stain is like an iceberg. Wicking is the visible tip of the iceberg that indicates the stain is still present below.

Do we need to move furniture in our office before you arrive?
On most cleanings we ask that chairs be labeled with employees name and then moved either to an area outside of work area or simply leave at their workstation and we will move for you.
We normally move the plastic trash cans and will set them back in place after the cleaning.
Filing cabinets and desks normally stay in place unless a request is made beforehand but cleaning price may change accordingly.
How much do you charge?

Do you work evenings?
Yes, most of the commercial cleaning takes place after normal business hours. We normally show up before closing to set up and begin when the office closes.
